speeding up internet firefox and pc

Okay for fire fox internet speed up follow my command. 1st: open fire fox and type about:config at the URL 2nd: search in the filter bar (pipelining) and then change the pipelining number to 30 by double clicking and then turn all the false baloone to true. 3rd: now go back to the filter search and search for disk and then change the big number their including disk in its name to 10000. 4th:now then go back to the filter bar and search memory and two items should pop up now change the big numbered one with memory in its name to 10000, 5th:now type in delay in the filter and look for these included in the names start up delay, page buffer delay, and home start up delay and change them all to 0 and then your done.
