Politics and Place: The Local Government Elections

On May 7 2008, the Bevan Foundation hosted a debate at the Senedd, in Cardiff Bay, to discuss the results of the Local Government elections held across Wales on May 1. The debate was chaired by Vivian Hepworth, chief executive of Grayling Political Strategy, and featured Nick Ramsay AM, Professor Steve Martin of Cardiff University, Kate Bennett, of the Equality and Human Rights Commission, and Dr Brian Gibbons, Assembly Minister for Social Justice and Local Government.
