Goel v THM4

Root infiltration on THM4 property that is damaging my property. Roots occur at 70+ feet from the from of my house - House is 40' deep. Major backup also occurs at 110' from from of house in THM4 main. Attached is the video taken by JP Sewer This is the same conditions as the previous videos with THM4 has paid for which show no pipe damage - only roots at the failed gaskets. Please fix the problem. It is not a matter of whether you want to do it. It is negligent that THM4 has known of the problems for the # of years it has and has taken no remedy. Upon THM4's remedy plan I will release the dues for the three houses. As THM4 has receipts for videoing of the sewers, I hold THM4 responsible for all past and current costs associated with this THM4 issue including all carpet replacement, drywall repairs, cost of the cleanout in the front of the property, video costs, water jetting of THM4 lines, etc.. Please let me know if you would like to arbitrate this issue or just meet. Should we not, I will litigate this matter to force an acceptable remedy plan which at minimun will include annual root cutting in the sewers, and root inhibitor. Problems like this also occur at 110' by the big tree behind Wendy and Greg's house.
