Um so yeah... this is not for those with weak stomachs, or those eating (so perfect for you ana ppl, and wannarexics you don't wanna eat ever again) but it is all totally true. Plz Learn from my mistakes. I messed up a lot for one person. I don't want to be the only one learning from how much I screwed up. You're health and your body are the most precious gifts. Your life is Gods gift to you and what you do with it your gift back to God, or buddha or whatever.
