Chapter 4 ***Courtney;s P.O.V.*** So, pretty much, I came out of my mom;s office to see what all of the noise was about and Andy, my best friend, started pulling me down the hallway with McGorge and three really cute guys. She seemed kind of mad, but McGorge was here, so she had an excuse. I always told her she should just keep saying no, but did she listen to me? No. Oh well. Back to the story. -Courtney! Come on!- Andy yelled over her shoulder at me as she pulled me farther down into the hallway. I was debating whether telling her I had on flip flops would make her slow down when she stopped and I ran into her back. Then she gave me that hurry-up-we-are-all-gonna-die look of hers and I rummaged (I just learned that word!) through my bag and grabbed out the keys to the training room which was right in front of one of the cute boys who looked very anxious if I say so myself. So once I opened the door we all hoped inside the training room (including McGorge, which really put a bee in my bonnet is you know what I mean). Before I got in I saw them. I don;t know what you think of when you think of a girl mob, but trust me. It isn;t scary enough. Think of a bunch of animals in high heels and lipstick with killer purses holding up pictures and pens for the boys that just made it out alive. That is pretty much the gist of it. -Ok.. ..-I started to say. But then I realized that I had no idea who these guys were. And they were cute, the middle one especially. ?Who are you guys again?- The oldest, who was maybe 17 or 18, shifted a little, trying to get the cutest middle boy under control. -I;m Kevin. This is Joe.- he said pointing at the cute guy running around the training room. ?And that one is Nick.- Nick was the one that liked Andy. Okay. He hadn;t told me or anything, but I saw him looking at her. -Wait. Kevin, Joe, and Nick? As in, like, the Jonas Brothers? ? Click! Light bulb! I knew I had seen them from somewhere. -Is that why those girls were mobbing you guys?- As tomboyish as Andy is, she knew a lot about them. In fact, I was surprised she hadn;t recognized them right off the bat. And she, if I may be so bold, looked a little impressed to have met them. -Andy? - McGorge was calling Andy with his lip stuck out. He was actually kind of cute. But once you get to know him you sort of realize that there isn;t anything between his ears. -What?- She sounded a teensy weensy bit annoyed if you ask me. -Why are you hanging out with a band?- Andy rolled her eyes. -Because I want too. Duh.- Just then, McGorge crossed the warning line. It is the line between getting Andy angry, and making her explode. He kissed her. And I mean on the lips! I could hardly believe he did that. I mean, they had only been going out since last Thursday when he had gotten Andy so annoyed she said yes just to make him be quiet. Then Andy slapped him so hard that I could see his eyeballs jiggle. Go Andy! -That;s it! McGorge, I have put up with you since the third grade! I only said yes because you were annoying me so much! Not leave before I kick your sorry butt out of here!- I was quite impressed by my young trainee. Well, were are the same age, but you know, impressed all the same. WOOHOO! WHY AM I SO HAPPY EVERY TIME I FINISH A CHAPTER? OH WELL .. ..RATE IT!
