Rose and doctor remember there times together and the doctor has this kinda flahsback teh odoor opens and he sees rose but then it acctually martha coming in. He gets upset and rose is back and from teh sontaran stragem the tardis had taped it when rose appeared. So he was surpirised and landed on a strewn street. Donna saw a woman walking upo at the top of teh street and tells the doctor he spins rouind and sees her and runs and it Rose. He gets extenrrmianted by a dalek whios on the street. he reenrates but he makes his regeneration stop and then...they hold hands and all that but tehn rose and doctor land on a nebacj, because rose has to go teh real doctor kisses her a big kiss for farewell.
