Love Story or is it? *Chapter 27*

Recap: Brianna started to get down but then she misplaced her foot and fell but she held onto the lowest post that held the fence together. I ran to her to help her. Brianna looked very surprised. Brianna-"Nick?! What are you doing here?" Me-"Trying to help you. Give my your hand." Brianna-"No, I'm just gonna let go and die..." Nick-(Almost crying) "Please Brianna, just grab my hand." Me-(Crying) "Why should I?" Nick-"Brianna, I can't live without you. I need you! Please, just..." Me-"I'm sorry Nick." I let go and fell into the ocean. I felt like I was flying for a few seconds, then I hit the cold water. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ As soon as Brianna let go, I took off my shirt and shoes. Then I jumped in after her. I almost lost her way too many times. This time I'm not going to sit by the sidelines and watch. Once I hit the water, I looked around for Brianna. I saw her sinking below me. I dived in and got her. I quickly rose up to the surface to breath. I pulled her to the beach. It took a while but eventually I did it. Then I laid her on the sand. I felt her pulse still beating and I saw her breathing. I called Kevin and asked him to pick me and Brianna up. It was about 30 minutes after school so Kevin didn't suspect anything. I carried Brianna to the parking lot and saw Kevin's car there. I carried her to Kevin's car. Kevin-"What happened to Brianna?!" Me-"She fainted while we were in the water. I think it was from heat stroke." I couldn't tell him about Brianna's suicide accident. Who knows what he would do. Kevin-"Okay, let me get the towels in the trunk." Kevin took out the towels and spread them across the seats. I sat in the back with Brianna. She was lying on the back seat with her head on my lap. I held her hand and watched her sleep. I was scarred for her. I know she's having a lot of stress from school, the wedding, her friends, and mostly me. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nick and I were in an empty room. He and I started to make out but then Nick turned into Angella's ex. He broke the kiss and pushed me against the wall. He stared at me with his fierce eyes. He slapped me across the face at first, but then he started to punch me in the arms, legs, and anywhere he could. If he wasn't punch me and kick me, he was cussing at me. Then he started to tell me Nick was a fool for actually pretending to like me. Me-"What?" Angella's ex-"Ha, you didn't know huh? He only pretended to play with your feelings. He was gonna ditch you." He started to hit me all over again. Then someone started to shake me. I woke up in Nick's arms, shaken. Then I realized I wasn't died. Me-"What am I doing here?" Nick-"Are you okay? You were shaking and sweating." Me-"Don't change the subject. What am I doing here, alive?!" Nick-"Did you actually think I was actually gonna let you kill yourself?" Me-"What are you talking about? Of course you would have! You couldn't care less about me!" Nick-"How can you say that?! I have done so many things for you! I even said I love you and you have the guts to even say that?!" I couldn't say anything. I just ran to the restroom and locked the door. I sat down on the floor and started to cry. I know in some way I've hurt Nick but I said what I said. I stayed there for about an hour and drifted to sleep in the restroom. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I couldn't believe Brianna. After all I do for her, she said that. After I cooled off I tried to open the restroom door but I was locked so I went to the kitchen and got the key to the restroom door. I went to the restroom door and unlocked it. I saw Brianna asleep in a sitting position leaning against the wall. I put the key down and picked her up. I put her into my bed and let her sleep.
