Customer service in Spain - the saga of the brand new water tanks

This is a 'replacement' water tank fitted with a tap as previously by a 'specialist' water tank/fittings/hose/pipe company in Totana, Murcia. The previous one leaked and another collapsed full of the weight of 1000L of water. The manufacturers eventually organised replacements of 3 tanks to the equivalent litres of storage from the same shop for one leaking tank and one collapsing tank. Look at THIS replacement one that is supposed to be good??!!! This is a tank that is supposed to hold water? What with collapsing dangerous tanks and leaky tanks.. hmmm?? This isn´t even the original serious problem! This is one of the tanks 'made good' LOL!!! The manufacturers at my urgent request then sent a plumber from Madrid apparently 5hrs drive away to fix these leaking replacement tanks (2 out of the three new replacement tanks leaked). After the plumber's visit when he checked them and tightened all fittings, two tanks still leak, although not as badly as this video YET, and it will be interesting to see what they are like when they have the pressure of water in them when full of water. Buying goods in Spain is a nightmare and so is customer service.
