Secret of Mana for SNES was one of the very first RPGs I ever played and, in my sheer ignorance of the genre, I used to think that wearing armour in this game was "Pointless". How foolish I was! As a result, my first playthrough of the game was utter hell; pretty much every enemy would kill my characters in one hit and the whole experience was a very frustrating one... Which I've now decided to relive for some strange reason. I'm going to try and beat every single boss fight without any armour equipped, just like old times... This ugly Lizard isn't really hard, just annoying beacuse he/she likes using Cure Water so much... Heck, I'm not sure if this "boss" even counts as a boss since he/she doesn't explode like the others do when defeated or do you get your energy back when you beat it. (Although you do get a weapon orb) This is also the last boss fight without being able to use magic! YAY! Bollocks again! I forgot to show I wasn't wearing any armour AGAIN! But, seeing as I took a whopping 50+ damge from the TONPOLE, that's proof enough I weren't, right?
