WE ROCK episode 8 *with Abby and Kevin* Abby: come on Kevin its raining! we have to get him to the clinic!! Kevin: (shouting over the noise of the pounding rain) but i have to tell you something Abby! Abby: cant it wait? the poor thing is getting soaked! Kevin: but Abby- Abby: we dont have time! Kevin: ABBY IM NOT A VET! Abby: (looks at him; confused) what? Kevin: im not a vet Abby. i lied. Abby: but...i dont understand. why would you lie to me about that? Kevin: because...i wanted you to like me. you like animals so i said i was a vet. Abby: well what are you then? Kevin: i cant say right now. Abby: why??? Kevin: i..i just...i cant. Abby: why not?? Kevin: because i cant Abby. i would if i could... Abby: i have to go. im going to take this poor thing to a REAL vet and get him fixed up. (picks up the little dog and walks away holding the dog close to her) Kevin: but wait Abby! (but Abby does not turn back and leaves Kevin standing alone in the rain.) *later that night* Joe: (texting Haley) whats the matter Kevin? Kevin: being in disguise is harder than it seems. Joe: tell me about it. Nick: what happened? Kevin: well, long story short, i told Abby i was a vet and then i had to tell her i wasnt when we found a hurt dog. Nick: ouch. thats bad. was she mad? Kevin: she was pretty upset...she just took the dog and left without even saying goodbye. Joe: its okay bro. she?ll get over it. girls are just moody thats all. Kevin: no Joe. your wrong. she had every right to be upset that i lied to her. Nick: dont worry about it- Kevin: (interrupts Nick) no. stop trying to make me feel better about it. i screwed things up. i-i...i shouldve known that my life is never going to be normal no matter how hard i try. im going to call her Joe and Nick: okay (Kevin calls Abby) Kevin: hi Abby? Abby: oh. Kevin. Kevin: yeah...look Abby im really sorry for lying to you. Abby: it wasnt the lying part that bothered me..you said you wanted to impress me..but the not telling me your actual job? that kind of worried me. Kevin: i would its just that- Abby: just that what Kevin? Kevin: i will tell you. but i want to tell you in person.. Abby: ok?? Kevin: how about you join my brothers and me and we will go to the mall Saturday? Abby: i suppose... Kevin: dont worry Abby. Abby: okay. well i have to go. see you Saturday. Kevin: bye Abby. Abby: bye. (hangs up) Joe: we cant tell her Kev. we cant. Kevin: we have to. Nick: lets just see how things go Saturday. maybe we will. Joe: are you guys crazy?? (gets a text from Haley) :: Haley: hey wts up? :: Joe: hey nm u? :: Haley: nuthin :: Joe: want to go to the mall Saturday? :: Haley: sure :: Joe: k Joe: Haleys coming on Saturday. Nick: well thats just great. what about me? Kevin: i guess you are going solo. Joe: hahahahahaha Nick: shutup. tbc in episode 8 part 2 of 2
