Kaena has never seen a big ball and I've never trained her with a tarp, so I was having a lot of fun and I'm quite the dork! the pulling on her tail to back up is becuase she has had some trouble with trailering and every time I walk by or undo a trailer door she tries to back out, even thu I give her the yank signal when it is safe to do so, some times after trying she gives up and don't know when so I thought I this might help her out some.She had a severe fear of the whip when I got her and a huge problem of running people over so I thought I would see how far along we are pass theses problems by introducing the start of piaffe in a halter by lightly touching one of her hind legs with a whip like a fly would and see if she can hold it in the air, the whole point is so the leg on the ground has to come under her enough to balance her weight. this is only her second day and my first try ever teaching this. I'm hoping my timing will get better but she is very relaxed.
