typhoon Halong- Subic Bay

A Rare west coast tracking typhoon passed Subic Bay on May 16 and 17,2008 Greating high waves in the normally calm Subic Bay. local Damage was slight but had huge waves for the area. HALONG (COSME) could become the worst typhoon ever to hit the area since Typhoon VICKI (GADING) of September 18-19, 1998.
