The term goddess is bandied about a lot thesedays, like a bright pair of lost bicycle shorts at Mardi Gras. Of course every woman has the power of a goddess inside her, just ask the editor of Dolly magazine. But when it comes to all time goddess-like looks, demeanour and popular acclaim Raquel Welch would have to be the bench mark that any actress/dancer/celebrity would aspire to. As far as our extensive and exhaustive research is concerned, unlikely as it sounds Raquel Welch is the only celebrity dancer that had a Bolivian aerospace engineer for a father. The funky dance moves you see Raquel and her two friendly spacemen performing, come from a forgotten early 70's TV special that showcased her many talents. This choreography comes from a dream sequence in the middle of her version of "Calafornia Dreaming", really.
