Wow, I just downloaded Apple Core and I must that the premise is very similar, though mine focuses on taking out a bunch of weak targets while yours focuses on destroying one durable target. I just want you to know I didn't steal your idea though. I've honestly never seen it before now.

It probably set itself to rank 99 because you didn't set the rank change type to lock, and left it on the default.
